Mary Lee Montague is Executive Vice President for the 5th largest retained executive search firm, DHR International, and serves companies on a global basis for a wide variety of practice groups ranging from Advanced Technology, Board & CEO Services, Media & Entertainment, Nonprofit, Financial Services, Industrial, Healthcare, Professional Services and Consumer. Ms. Montague has been honored with the DHR Award for Excellence.
For over 11 years Ms. Montague has been a “hands on partner” with all her clients. These clients are companies who retain DHR’s services to hire executive talent. Recently, Ms Montague was hired as an Instructor at Kellogg School of Management, Center for Nonprofit Management for Spring 2010 and is often a guest lecturer at Northwestern University and DePaul University. She was also just asked to be a regular guest blogger on the Chicago Tribune’s Chicago Now blog ‘HireLearning’.
Ms. Montague serves on the Board of Directors for the largest Girl Scout Council in the United States, and is Chairman of the newest Girl Scout initiative, CAMP CEO. She belongs to the Association for Corporate Growth(ACG) and has been an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago for over 18 years where she currently serves on the Membership Committee. Among her other eclectic credentials she is a graduate of Chicago’s Second City Improv Ensemble.

Prior to her career in executive search Ms. Montague spent 15 years with PBS, which included a role as Vice President, National Sales & Marketing. In addition, Mary Lee held several posts in Washington, D.C. including the National Republican Senatorial Committee and as a Legislative Assistant for the National Taxpayers Union.
Mary Lee and her family enjoy attending the Chautauqua Institution as well as spending time with her family, friends including 4 legged ones! The arts, culinary delights, and travel are among her favorite eclectic activities.
