Stacey Holland serves as Principal in the firm’s Dallas office. As such, she both leads and executes search assignments primarily in the Professional Services.

Mrs. Holland’s success lies in developing long-term partnerships built upon mutual trust, respect, integrity and loyalty. Her ability to do so is a direct result of her commitment to clearly understand each client's business, culture and needs.

Experienced in all major markets, Mrs. Holland brings an uncanny ability to comprehend and serve the best interests of both client and candidate. Clients appreciate that she presents only the most qualified, best matched candidates for each search assignment she accepts. In turn, candidates appreciate her intuition and commitment to finding the best fit for their background and needs, ensuring that both parties are culturally aligned. Prior to joining DHR, Mrs. Holland worked with boutique firm MAC & Associates as well as MRI, where her dedication earned her recognition for most placements within the Accounting & Finance field for six consecutive months.

A background in law enforcement provides her with a unique perspective that most other search consultants don't possess. She graduated Cum Laude from Virginia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has fifteen years’ experience in a variety of law enforcement areas including undercover roles and Media Representative. She assisted with the development of an aggressive recruiting department that focused on the identification and procurement of high level police talent. Her success with this initiative made for a natural transition to the executive search arena.

Stacey loves spending time outdoors and enjoys gardening and hiking with her husband and sons.
